Background/Player Snapshot: Transferred to West Virginia for this year. Watched him at CB, but he converted to SAF for 2024. Solid height and weight. Good play speed and very good burst. Is comfortable in man coverage, getting sticky hands on the WR in press. Shows balance in phase and COD to stick. Shows nice hip fluidity in bail looks. Comfortable hanging in zone space, eyeing the QB often. Can be overaggressive on fakes which gets him out of place at times in the drive phase. A physical tackler with a low strike zone. Showcases immense straight-line burst on edge blitzes defensively, and in multiple positions on ST. A physical CB that is an asset due to his hand strength and burst pursuit.
