Draft Eligible

TE Seydou Traore - Mississippi State University (2023-24) / University of Colorado (2023) / Arkansas State University (2021-22)

Citizenship: United Kingdom

Height: 6040e | Weight: 235e

Career Stats: 27 GP | 74 REC | 873 YDS | 4 TD | 11.8 YPR

Notable Player Awards:

  • 2022 Honorable Mention All-American

  • 2022 All-Sun Belt First Team

Background/Player Snapshot: After attending the NFL Academy, he moved to the US. He spent two years with Arkansas State, then just one semester at Colorado before coming over to Mississippi State last year. Good height with below average weight. Good play speed and acceleration. A great second gear speed-wise in his stem. A real threat for a big play up the seams. Shows tremendous body control and focus to consistently win contested catch situations. Can be stalled at the release due to his lighter frame, as he takes time to build to speed. Not an asset as a blocker, mostly getting in the way. Overall, an intriguing TE with speed and contested catch ability that could be molded into something given time.
