We have been actively engaging with team builders and decision-makers from various corners of the globe and we have identified one pressing need for global teams: to have access to experienced coaches who can contribute to the advancement of American Football internationally.

Coach Kendrall Ellison, now 34, has had an incredibile journey in Global Football: a journey we want to share with you.
From being an import player in various European countries to becoming a top coach in the European League of Football is nothing short of remarkable.
Kendrall Ellison started his Global Football career as an import player (picture taken while playing for the Hamburg Huskies GFL Team)…
… now he is the Defensive Coordinator and Director of Player Personnel with the Hamburg Sea Devils in the ELF (the top League in Europe)

STUDYING SUCCESS (WITH TAP BY RYZER)
While inspiring and promoting Global Coaching through the sharing of success stories is a significant aspect of our goal, it is not our sole focus.
As evaluators we seek to identify key traits, abilities, and performance indicators that are consistently associated with successful coaches in international settings.
The goal is to uncover the “formula” that makes a Global Coach successful.
To gain deeper insights into these qualities, we have utilized the TAP Test developed by our partner Ryzer.
We believe some traits are consistently connected to elite performances and we discussed that with Coach Ellison in our podcast.
