After the completion of the 2023 European League of Football (ELF) season, ALL22’s scouts did a thorough ranking of every position group in the league. This was used as an evaluation tool and resource for the understanding of this ever-growing league. With that in-depth analysis from our pro-trained scouts, we will refer back to those rankings in spots to help readers gain context.
With that being said, today we’re going to be discussing ALL22’s ELF player award predictions for 2024.
For further details, film, contact info, and more testing information please refer to player’s profiles on the ALL22 scouting app, or contact Samit Bariana.

Offensive Rookie of the Year
WR Milan Spiller (Helvetic Mercenaries) - Anna Maria College (2023-24)
Citizenship: Switzerland
Height: 5110e | Weight: 165e
2024 ELF Stats: 10 GP | 9 GS | 51 REC | 97 TGTS | 835 YDS | 4 TD | 16.37 YPR | 4 KR | 61 YDS | 15.25 AVG | 2 FMB
ELF Player Awards: N/A
Background: Spiller came up through his native, Bienna Jets, youth system before spending a year at Anna Maria College. The 21-year-old had a breakout rookie season this year for the Mercenaries, currently sitting second in the league in targets, fourth in receiving yards, and ninth in receptions.
Player snapshot: Average height with a lack of bulk. Primarily lines up in the slot. Spiller shows decent burst out of his releases while relying on tempo to win in his stem. Average quickness and sink coming out of his break on short and intermediate routes. He shows a great second gear, catching DB’s by surprise to win deep. Tracks the ball with ease and shows great dexterity and focus to make over the head catches. Not the most physical blocker, just pushing to the best of his ability.

Defensive Rookie of the Year
SAF Pablo Araya (Madrid Bravos) - Colorado Mesa University (2022-23) / Golden West College (2021-22)
Citizenship: Spain/USA
Height: 5100e | Weight: 194e
2024 ELF Stats: 10 GP | 9 GS | 78 TOT | 48 SOLO | 30 AST | 1 TFL | 2 INT (58 YDS) | 3 PBU | 1 FF
ELF Player Awards: N/A
Background: Araya has burst onto the scene to become one of the best young DB’s in the league. He returns to Spain after his American college run and he has helped anchor an exciting young defense for the Bravos. They are currently top-four in the league in points given up and pass yards allowed.
Player snapshot: Araya displays awareness to key and diagnose run plays with sharp eyes. Keeps himself in motion with sideline to sideline range in pursuit. Displays solid burst to close in the open-field, tackling with a strong wrap. Serviceable in man coverage, portraying enough agility to stick with slots short and up the seam. Plays with good instincts to anticipate sideline throws and compete for the ball. Not the most comfortable floating in zone space, preferring to lock in on the QB’s eyes. Can get beat on play actions and speedy vertical routes due to his aggressiveness towards the run.

Homegrown of the Year
WR Noah Touré (Vienna Vikings)
Citizenship: Austria
Height: 6010e | Weight: 190e
2024 ELF Stats: 10 GP | 9 GS | 45 REC | 76 TGTS | 788 YDS | 8 TD | 17.51 YPR | 1 KR | 21 YDS | 21.00 AVG | 1 PR | -41 YDS | -41.00 AVG
ELF Player Awards: N/A
Background: Touré had stops with the Austrian Football League’s Salzburg Ducks and the Austrian national team before coming over to the ELF this season. He’s been essential to the Vikings, while currently sitting sixth in the league in receiving yards and tied for third in receiving TD’s.
Player snapshot: Good height with an athletic build. Touré plays mostly as an X or Z. He shows nice speed vs Off coverages to close the CB’s cushion. Steps with authority in his stem with twitchy foot fakes. Displays good long speed to consistently threaten deep. Finds the ball well and shows physicality to win contested catch situations. Not the most polished route-runner, often running a little open-hipped, which causes stumbles.

2023 Special Teams Player of the Year
2023 1st Team All-Star
Background: He started his pro run in the GFL in 2022 where he played a season with the Allgäu Comets. He then kicked off his ELF career later that year with the Leipzig Kings and Milano Seamen. He joined Wroclaw this season and he has quickly become a reliable DB and the premier returner in the league, leading the league in return TD’s this year. He’s a favorite to win his second straight Special Teams Player of the Year award. He also graded out as the 14th best CB out of 34 qualifiers in 2023, according to ALL22.
Player snapshot: An undersized boundary CB that competes due to his speed and instincts. Shows acceleration to stick with most WR's on the outside at all levels. Understands space in zone and knows to stay overtop of combos. Moves fluidly and has nice awareness to clog passing lanes. His size hurts him in jump-ball scenarios as he can't compete with big wideouts. A willing tackler that squares up and delivers with a little edge. Elite returner that does a great job of staying patient to let the blocks develop and accelerate to space on kick returns. He also shows tremendous one-cut decisiveness, agility, and burst on punt returns.
