It is an exciting time for the game of football, as its global reach extends daily. There are more Pro Leagues in North America than ever before, and opportunities to play, coach, or scout in almost every country in the world.

Our aim with the All22 Substack is to add value to this growing space and serve the global football community that we love. Whether it is the Alternative football leagues of North America (CFL, XFL, USFL, Indoor, etc) or the International Leagues all throughout the world, the personnel identified in our Substack can benefit all levels.

Information and evaluations in this Substack are provided by the ALL22 Scouting Department. Our scouting team is trained and vetted by NFL and CFL experienced scouts, along with bringing their own valued experience in football. Our team includes the following on today’s Substack:

Devin Pettenger

David Mann

Carter Gale

We kick off during the U.S. College All-Star game season, starting this week with the FCS Bowl that finished in December. We will introduce players in categories that we hope resonate with scouts, coaches, players, and fans alike. A new category will be presented each day, with a different All-Star game focused on per week.

Enjoy our look at each of the eight QBs from FCS Bowl today, and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow for a new group of players.
