It is an exciting time for the game of football, as its global reach extends daily. There are more Pro Leagues in North America than ever before, and opportunities to play, coach, or scout in almost every country in the world.
Our aim with the All22 Substack is to add value to this growing space and serve the global football community that we love. Whether it is the Alternative football leagues of North America (CFL, XFL, USFL, Indoor, etc) or the International Leagues all throughout the world, the personnel identified in our Substack can benefit all levels.
Information and evaluations in this Substack are provided by the ALL22 Scouting Department. Our scouting team is trained and vetted by NFL and CFL experienced scouts, along with bringing their own valued experience in football. Our team includes the following on today’s Substack:

College Notes: 3-year starter at QB who finished with a 21-6 record. During his career, he recorded 20 games with 200yds+ Passing, 8 games with 300yds+ Passing, 3 games with 65+ Comp% (min. 15 PA), 25 games with 2+ Passing TDs, and 2 games with 2+ INTs. Despite not starting every game in 2022 he was still very productive and his stats were similar to previous seasons as a primary starter where he played in more games. Didn’t appear in any games and was redshirted in his only season at Fresno State.
Snapshot: Very good height and slightly thin frame. Very good arm strength translates into success as a deep ball thrower but struggles with ball placement and accuracy. Appears rushed in his delivery and guilty of false steps. Adequate athlete when forced to escape the pocket.

During his career, he recorded 34 games with 200yds+ Passing, 17 games with 300yds+ Passing, 21 games with 65+ Comp% (min. 15 PA), 24 games with 2+ Passing TDs, and 7 games with 2+ INTs (5 in 2018). Had career highs in Comp% (73.4) and Passing TDs (29) in 2022. 15 of his career INTs came in the 2018 season and in his final 3 seasons as a starter, he had 55 Passing TDs and only 12 INTs. Helped lead his team in 2022 to the 3rd highest total offense in the CAA at 424.1yds per game. His 73.4% Comp% ranked 2nd in the country in 2022. Set the FCS playoffs single-game record for Comp% (90.3). He only played in 4 games of the Spring 2021 season due to torn ACL.
High School Notes: As a senior was named the All-Area Player of the Year and led his team to a 6A District 1 title and a 14-1 record, losing in the state championship game. 2-sport High School athlete in Football and Basketball.
Snapshot: Good height and solid weight, could add to his frame. Polished pocket passer with good eye discipline and ability to work through progressions. Exhibits very good accuracy and touch with solid arm strength. Below average athlete in space, but shows solid ability to navigate the pocket.

Snapshot: Elite height and long, athletic frame. Took reps at receiver and fits in more with that body type. Easy arm talent but is mechanically inconsistent, with winding delivery and a tendency to throw off of his back foot. Very good athlete with elite contact balance as a runner and very good speed to separate. Best used in an RPO-heavy system where his legs can be maximized.
